There are two options in order to access your Saved Searches.1. On one of the Saved Search emails you have received into your Inbox. Click on ‘My Alerts’&nbsp;<img src="/media/image_d8d24ab86c/image_d8d24ab86c.png">2. Go to the Propertynews Homepage, click ‘Login’ and enter your Propertynews login details.<img class="image_resized" style="width:51.26%;" src="/media/image_bf343082dc/image_bf343082dc.png">3.&nbsp; Once Logged in, click on My Account, and this will take you to your PropertyPal Account. Select&nbsp;‘Searches &amp; Alerts’.<img class="image_resized" style="width:53.86%;" src="/media/image_6ca1a87bbb/image_6ca1a87bbb.png">4. This is where your personal saved searches will appear. To view the properties available in your selected areas, click on the orange link&nbsp;‘Property to rent/for sale in…’&nbsp;&nbsp;<img class="image_resized" style="width:47.89%;" src="/media/image_9e16b5c170/image_9e16b5c170.png">

You can change the password on your account in 2 ways.If you have forgotten your password, go to the Login and click on “Forgot your password?”<img class="image_resized" style="width:53.99%;" src="/media/image_493612bdc6/image_493612bdc6.png">&nbsp;You will be asked to insert your email address, and then you should receive an email asking you to reset your password.If you just want to change your password then login to your account and click on My Account in the top left hand corner of the page. Then click on My Profile:When the My Profile page opens you can change your password in the fields provided.<img class="image_resized" style="width:56.46%;" src="/media/image_d9beb83dc3/image_d9beb83dc3.png">When you have completed the fields, simply click Update Profile. &nbsp;

To delete your account from Propertynews you need to Login to your account in the top left hand corner of the screen and click on My Profile<img class="image_resized" style="width:55.45%;" src="/media/image_7910819bb1/image_7910819bb1.png">At the bottom of the My Profile page there is an option to Delete My Account.<img class="image_resized" style="width:55.39%;" src="/media/image_6c523fb9b5/image_6c523fb9b5.png">Click on the button and confirm, your account will then be permanently deleted from Propertynews.

To stop being sent Property Alert Emails from us, either:&nbsp;1. Click on the ‘Unsubscribe’ link at the bottom of any Property Alert email you have received from us.<img class="image_resized" style="width:43.82%;" src="/media/image_4227ae9392/image_4227ae9392.png">OR2. Log into your&nbsp;<a href="https://www.propertynews.com/login/">Propertynews account</a>, navigate to the tab, ‘Searches &amp; Alerts’, then update the ‘Email Alert Frequency’ on whichever saved searches you would like to unsubscribe from.<img class="image_resized" style="width:44.24%;" src="/media/image_9418775205/image_9418775205.png">Select ‘No email alerts’ if you wish to ‘Unsubscribe’ from all emails of this search.<img class="image_resized" style="width:44.84%;" src="/media/image_d3a9b8931d/image_d3a9b8931d.png">Note:&nbsp;Please do not mark our Property Alert emails as Spam as this will likely mean that you will not receive emails from us in the future if you end up searching for property again.It can also affect our general email sending reputation, making it more difficult for us to reach other users who have subscribed to the Property Alert service. &nbsp;

When you “favourite” a property, you are saving it to your account, so you can keep an eye on the property's progress, or add notes for your Pals to comment on.To “favourite” a property, you first need to login to your Propertynews account. You can do this by clicking Login in the top left hand corner of the website.Once logged in you can click onto the property you would like to “favourite” and click on the heart beside the address of the property:<img class="image_resized" style="width:62.24%;" src="/media/image_ba978ca4c9/image_ba978ca4c9.png">When you have favourited the property the centre of the heart will fill in.The property is now available to view in the “Favourites” section of your account which can be accessed by clicking on My Account in the top left hand corner of the screen:<img class="image_resized" style="width:62.74%;" src="/media/image_bca64e8a9c/image_bca64e8a9c.png">When you click on this, you will be taken to the page below where you can see any activity on the property, you will be able to see any enquiries you make about the property and also there is a section where you can add notes to the property.
