Established by husband and wife Christopher and Elaine Pooler, the office has been managed by Elaine’s brother, Michael Finlay for more than 20 years.  Elaine Pooler and Michael Finlay aim to take the business forward in Christopher’s memory and with his unique open and honest brand of Estate Agency.  George Martin of Cowley joined us in 2025 and Keith Boyce provides in-house financial advice.

We were formed nearly 30 years ago in East Belfast initially as Pooler Watson but becoming Pooler Estate Agents in 2005.

We added our rural department Pooler Country to our services in 2017.

In January 2025 we took Cowley Property (and personnel) under our roof.  This combines our strength and experience of residential sales and lettings with property management and financial services.  We also offer property renovation project management.
