Leo McCauley is the 3rd generation of his family to be involved in selling of property in Inishowen and the North West. Set up by Denis McCauley in 1925 and taken over by his son James in 1964 the McCauley name has long been associated in the auctioneering business.

McCauley Properties was set up by Leo in 1992 and developed into a network of 3 closely linked but independent offices located in Moville, Carndonagh and in Derry City. The recent downturn has seen the firm rationalise its operations and so all business is now conducted through the Moville office only.

With friendly and courteous staff in our modern and customer friendly office in Moville, McCauley Properties has built up a reputation for dealing with both vendor and purchaser in a professional and businesslike manner. This we feel has helped us build up a comprehensive network of properties for all ranges of customers.
