The firm of Lindsay Graham, which was established in 1957 by Lindsay Graham, is an independent firm of Chartered Valuation Surveyors and Estate Agents with fundamental values of service, integrity and professionalism.

The business is now in its second generation with Keith Graham having joined the family firm as a partner in 1992. Our firm has expanded through our clients requiring in depth property advice, which we aim to deliver in a quality, personal and professional manner.

We believe in bringing a professional approach to all property matters. We are a member firm of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and have significant experience in the sale, rental and management of residential, commercial and agricultural properties. 

As Chartered Valuation Surveyors we are able to provide professional advice and service to vendors, solicitors, accountants and financial institutions on a variety of property matters including valuation services for probate, inheritance and capital gains tax purposes, secured lending, legal disputes, development appraisal, and issues concerning rights of ways, easements and boundary disputes.
