Pauline has had a highly successful career spanning over 30 years within the property industry and has covered all aspects of it.

Pauline's journey started as a legal secretary where she covered the aspect of conveyancing before progressing into the financial services sector of the property market dealing in mortgages, insurance and pensions.

It was from these beginnings and opportunities that Pauline's passion for property developed into a career in estate agency.

Pauline enjoys meeting people and building relationships, whether you are a buyer or a seller, a developer or a builder, she believes that addressing the needs and requirements of the individual is vital for every successful transaction. Pauline was the face behind Locate Estate Agents for many years before making the transition to her own agency. She takes pride in every sale from the modest starter home, to the apartments by the sea, to the mansion on the hill. Pauline also has a great deal of experience with and involvement in many land and development site sales.

With Pauline's passion for property and her creative flair for design she has been instrumental in helping many developers and builders with their New Homes projects. She has been involved in some of the city's largest housing schemes and with her wealth of experience and extensive knowledge has guided many builders with their projects from concept to completion with design and marketing in between.
