Work has commenced on
and will take approximately 6 months to complete. On completion of each site
sale, site owners will appoint their own Architects/Engineer and Building
Contractor to complete their own properties.
As stated there are 4
unique house designs each individually designed by the developer's Architect.
The design might be described as modern vernacular architecture finished in
traditional render finish and part stone facades under pitched slate roofs. All windows are in hardwood.
Changes to the proposed designs to be agreed with Mayo County Council.

No P09/1200. An Bord Pleanala
granted Planning Permission on appeal. The planning permission runs until
October 2021.
Development levies of
c.€7,000 will be paid on a pro rata basis by each site owner. These levies are
subject to final agreement with Mayo County Council and Irish
Water.
