description

The owners' perspective…
"This has been our home for the past 35 years. We have enjoyed living and raising a family in this wonderful house. The location, with its many and varied local walks and a family-friendly Tennis and Golf Clubs, are within easy walking distance.
Helen's Bay Railway Station is only a 5 minute walk away, providing a frequent train service to Bangor, Holywood and Belfast – great for commuting and particularly useful for our son, who was educated in Belfast.
The extension which we added some 20 years ago enhanced our enjoyment of the house and the large (but manageable) garden, allowing us to take full advantage of the bright and sunny southerly aspect of the kitchen/outdoor living area".
