Description

The property previously comprised a detached residential dwelling with gardens, the remains of which remain on site. The site is bounded to the south by David Lloyd Leisure, to the west by undeveloped land and to the east by lands owned by Castlereagh Borough Council, once earmarked for a hotel development.
Planning
The site lies within the development limit as defined by the Belfast Urban Area Plan 2001 and also falls within the settlement limit of Metropolitan Castlereagh as stated in the Draft Belfast Metropolitan Area Plan 2015. The site is located within an area designated as Dundonald Leisure Park. This designation allows for tourism, outdoor recreation or open space development.
