Each room has a small double bed, built in furniture, connections for internet and Tv all with your very own private en-suit bathroom with toilet, sink. Each floor has a communal kitchen which you would share with other people from your floor. With everything you need fridge freezers, microwaves, ovens, hobs, Dishwasher and cutlery, Delph, pots and pans. All finished to a very high standard as we only opened in September 2015. All the while we have a staff member on site Monday to Friday for any queries, questions or even just a chat. 

A concierge is at the disposal of residents to not only ensure the safety of our residents but also help with the demands of ensuring you get the most out of living at Mark Royal. Rent is inclusive of bills with a small charge for laundry facilities.
