Conveyancing Consumer LeafletPublished 24 Mar 2025
A new guide has been launched which aims to support those buying and selling a house in Northern Ireland.
The Consumer guide to buying and selling residential property has been designed to make the process of buying and selling property easier, providing information, explanations, and tips.
The guide has been produced by the Law Society of Northern Ireland and includes information on new build properties, apartments, leases, fraud, mortgages and information on why it’s important to consult with an experienced solicitor.
The new guide was launched as part of the Society’s ‘Conveyancing Week’ which took place from the 16th – 20th October 2023.
Commenting about the launch of the new Consumer guide, Philip Armstrong Conveyancing Solicitor and Chair of the Society’s Conveyancing Committee said:
“We are delighted to launch Conveyancing Week with the publication of our new Consumer guide an invaluable resource providing much needed clarity and information for those buying and selling a house in Northern Ireland”.
