If you are selling your home, we do not charge a sales commission, instead you pay only for your choice of marketing services ie. we allow you to create a bespoke marketing package to suit your needs, and your finances. Our standard sales marketing package costs just £399 and includes professional wide-angle photographs, online advertising on the biggest property websites in Northern Ireland, sales tracking from the day listed to the day the property changes hands, and we can offer you a host of enhanced marketing techniques including narrated property video tours, drone photography and video, 3D virtual tours, floor plans and enhanced advertising online and in the press.
