The Business was established in 2006 by founder members Ciara and Colin Moran. Despite a very challenging market we continued to grow opening a second branch in South Belfast and later a third branch in Mid Ulster.
More recently the firm has taken in a further two Directors Finbarr and Jarlath Daly who have brought knowledge, skills, and expertise from their backgrounds in construction and engineering to the company. We are a family business committed to achieving success through the provision of quality professional service for our customers and maintaining high standards within our business.
We believe in developing our team to enable them to deliver this high standard of service to our customers. Property People are registered and qualified with the National Association of Estate Agents, and the Association of Residential Letting Agents.

Founded in 2006 by Ciara and Colin Moran Property People Estate Agents opened just off the Antrim Road in North Belfast. This branch served to cater for all needs and requirements, with many private lettings and sales as well as options for tenants receiving housing benefit. Before long, we established ourselves as a leading agency within the North and West Belfast markets. Our experienced North Belfast team, mean that all clientele receive our best service at all times, whether you're buying, selling or letting. In 2010, despite a shrinking property market, Property People Estate Agents enjoyed continued success and opened a second branch on Ormeau Road in South Belfast. This branch consists of a team of specialised agents who are knowledgeable of the student housing market, Houses of Multiple Occupation (HMO's), as well as all matters in relation to sales, lettings and property management.
