Situated approximately 1.5 miles from Junction 6 of the M1 Motorway, the location offers regional connectivity - providing direct access to Belfast which is approximately 10 miles northeast. Sprucefield Retail Park and its motorway junction (Junction 7) are around 3.5 miles to the southeast, further enhancing accessibility to Dublin-bound routes and southern regional markets.
