House Type 1, Maydown Meadows, Tullysaran, Dungannon

Introducing Maydown Meadows, an exclusive new development of just nine beautifully designed homes in the highly sought-after Tullysaran area.

Occupying the former site of Mary Ann’s Public House, this exciting development will offer a superb opportunity to purchase a brand-new home in a well-established and popular location. The scheme will comprise a carefully considered selection of semi-detached homes together with one detached residence, all designed with modern living in mind.

The homes will be constructed and finished to an exceptionally high specification throughout by one of Mid Ulster’s leading developers, with particular attention given to quality, finish and contemporary design.

The first properties are anticipated to be released towards the end of the year. We are currently registering expressions of interest, and prospective purchasers are encouraged to submit their contact details to receive further information as it becomes available.
