We only have access to the information of the property that’s provided by the agents, visible to you on the website.We would, however, recommend you contact the estate agent marketing the property, as they will have all the information you need. You will find the agent’s contact details below the property itself.Click onto the property you are interested in. To have a property removed from Propertynews, simply contact the estate agent you bought the property from and ask them to remove it.&nbsp;&nbsp;If the agent does not remove your property, please submit the form below with the property details (address, estate agent name) and we can then contact the estate agent on your behalf.&nbsp;&nbsp;

We would advise contacting your selling or renting agent so they can amend your property, if you have done this already you could also contact us through the details found on this page.

If your property is showing in a different location, please accept our apologies. Our system does its best to locate the map marker as close to the correct position as possible. Occasionally, the system gets it wrong, particularly for new builds, or properties relatively newly built.In these cases, the best thing to do is to contact your Estate Agent. Every Estate Agent has access to Propertynews and can add, edit and update any of their properties at any time.You just need to ask your Estate Agent to re-position our map marker to the correct location and your property will immediately update.

We rely heavily on our customers to ensure that as many relevant details are available for every listing. All of the estate agents who list with Propertynews have control over all of their properties, and can add, update, amend or remove any of their listings at any time. Therefore, we can only publish the listings with the information the estate agents provide.We recommend you contact your agent and notify them of the incorrect property details so they can be amended.

We receive the Rates information from LPS on a monthly basis. If you feel that the Rates amount showing on your property is incorrect, please let us know by completing the form below. We will verify this with LPS and update the amount if applicable.

At Propertynews we receive properties from Estate Agents in a number of ways.Manually added by the agent which is the most detailed data we can receive.Some agents have property management software which adds and updates all of the websites the agents list on.
