How can I list my properties with Propertynews.com?
Thank you for your interest in advertising property on Propertynews.com.
To list a property on Propertynews.com, whether it’s for Sale or to Let, you will need to be registered with an estate agent who lists their properties on Propertynews. Propertynews.com do not accept properties listed directly from private sellers or landlords.
To find an agent in your area, to help sell or let your property, please visit our Find an Agent page. Each agents details are listed on the page with their contact details.
If you are an agent or are in the process of setting an Agency up, please forward the following information to start the application process:
- A copy of your Property Redress Scheme certificate stating your company name.
- A copy of your Public Liability insurance stating your company name.
- A copy of your registration with HMRC for Money Laundering purposes if you intend to list Sales properties.
- Registration details with a Tenancy Deposit Scheme (if applicable).
- ICO Registration number.
- A copy of your Company logo in JPG or PNG format (minimum size 600 × 375 pixels).
- Completed Membership Form (Downloadable here).
Please note there is an account set up fee of £249 + VAT which is payable in advance of any account set ups on Propertynews.
