University Area Properties have been in the property rental market for over 20 years. Our office is based in the heart of the University Quarter of Belfast on University Street. We aim to provide high quality safe accommodation to all our tenants.

Our student accommodation is registered with the Northern Ireland Housing Executive's HMO office and is inspected regularly to ensure safety standards are met and are up to date. The majority of our properties are on pay-as-you-go gas central heating, they are double glazed, with fire alarms, carbon monoxide monitors, emergency lighting and burglar alarms.

We have an excellent track record of customer service and have a high level of customer retention which is unique within the student rental market. We always endeavour to resolve maintenance issues in a speedy and efficient manner.

All of our deposits are registered with one of the accredited Tenancy Deposit Registration Schemes. We provide a written inventory at the beginning of your tenancy and can also provide a photographic inventory also where requested.

We have no hidden charges and we do not charge booking fees to view our properties.
