Founded in 2005 By husband and wife team Ciara and Colin Moran Property People Estate agents began on the Antrim Road, Belfast.↵↵Property People continued to enjoy success and opened a second branch on The Ormeau Road of South Belfast. ↵↵We are currently one of the market leaders in the Belfast residential sales, rentals and within the property management market.↵↵2016 saw the opening of our 3rd branch in the Clogher Valley in the village of Augher County Tyrone.↵↵This branch has benefited from new areas of property sales and letting such agricultural land, farms, development sites and new residential developments.↵↵Around this time we gained Ciara Moran's two brothers Jarlath and Finbarr Daly bringing with them skills and experience from the construction, development and infrastructure. In 2010, despite a shrinking property market, Property People Estate Agents enjoyed continued success and opened a second branch on Ormeau Road in South Belfast.
