Our fully inclusive package - just hand over the property and leave us to it! 

This service includes all the following:

• Our ‘No Tenant = No Fee’ scheme 

• A personal inspection with a Property Manager to give you advice on how to maximise the rental opportunity for your property 

• Full marketing via board, online, newspaper and to our list of potential tenants

• Accompanied viewings

• Fully referenced tenants

• Provision of all contracts and associated paperwork required to set up a legal tenancy agreement

• Set up of an insured scheme for your tenants deposit (at your cost)

• Provision of a property inventory where the property is furnished

• Periodic property inspections throughout the tenancy as required

• Collection and processing of rental payments including provision of a monthly statement

• Dealing with any non-payment of rent and instructing your legal advisors where necessary

• Dealing with all property breakdowns for you and arranging repairs as required

• Liaising with your tenant should they decide to move out and carrying out final checks of the property condition

• Re-letting the property as appropriate

This service is particularly suited to landlords who want their agent to manage all aspects of the tenancy and offers a great package of benefits with excellent value for money.

The fees:

This package involves an initial fee of £250 (payable on completion) and a monthly fee of 10% of the rental income received

This package includes a FREE rent guarantee for the first six month’s of the tenancy which will pay out up to four monthly rental amounts and cover the cost of any legal fees should your tenant fail to pay the agreed rental. This is automatically renewed at six-monthly intervals at a cost of £75

This package is for the landlord who’s happy to be involved in the whole process but needs to access our excellent marketing avenues and needs to ensure they have a legally binding tenancy at the end of the process.

This service includes all the following:

• Full marketing via board, online, newspaper and to our list of potential tenants

• Introduction of potential tenants to you via text or email

• Provision of all contracts and associated paperwork required to set up a legal tenancy agreement once you’ve chose your new tenant

The fees:

This package involves a fixed initial fee of £199 provided you can provide us with digital photographs and a description of your property. Should we need to take the photographs and marketing details ourselves then the cost is £249
