RESIDENTIAL LETTINGS

Our aim is to find the best tenant for your property as quickly as possible. With our 'No let, No fee' policy, landlords have nothing to lose. We offer competitive rates and a high standard of service.

RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

If you would prefer to leave the challenges of being a landlord to someone else, we can look after your property and tenants for you. We specialise in property management and manage a large portfolio of residential properties mainly in the North Down area.

We offer two levels of service:

1. Our LETTING SERVICE is designed to find a tenant, process their application and install them in your property.

• Advertising your property both locally and on the internet.

• Take up references and carrying out credit checks as appropriate.

• Interviewing and selecting tenants. Arranging and carrying out viewings.

• Collecting the first months rental in advance and the security deposit.

• Drawing up a tenancy agreement for signature.

2. Our FULL MANAGEMENT SERVICE includes the above and also offers:

• Continued rent collection.

• Periodic property inspections.

• Administer routine repairs and maintenance.

• Renew all documentation.

• Provide help and advice where required.
