At Sandra Pyper Property Management Limited, we create a professional and personal relationship with all our clients, both landlords and tenants alike. This attitude stems from our predecessors, A I Caters who established this company 60 years ago and who became synonymous with absolute integrity and the highest ethics.

The company now is dedicated to rental property management in all of its aspects. We feel it is impractical to be a selling estate agent and property manager, consequently we do not take selling instructions.

Property Management doesn't stop when the office closes. We provide 24/7 contact to tenants and landlords. All of our viewings are Key and accompanied, which include evening viewings.

"We do not charge a set up fee and work on the basis of No Let, No Fee."
