For over 15 years Property People Estate and Letting agents have provided a comprehensive one-stop shop for all residential property needs. Our areas of expertise include residential sales, residential lettings, and residential property management including HMO property.

The Business was established in 2006 by founder members Ciara and Colin Moran. Despite a very challenging market we continued to grow opening a second branch in South Belfast and later a third branch in Mid Ulster.

More recently the firm has taken in a further two Directors Finbarr and Jarlath Daly who have brought knowledge, skills, and expertise from their backgrounds in construction and engineering to the company. We are a family business committed to achieving success through the provision of quality professional service for our customers and maintaining high standards within our business.

We believe in developing our team to enable them to deliver this high standard of service to our customers. Property People are registered and qualified with the National Association of Estate Agents, and the Association of Residential Letting Agents.

As a business, we have obtained the Propertymark and RICS accreditation demonstrating that we adhere to the highest possible industry standards. We are also members of the Guild of Property Professionals an award-winning network of Estate agents as independent agents we have a network strength of over 800 branches UK wide providing a massive market exposure for your property.
