There is a small single storey building on the site adjacent to the entrance of traditional block/brick construction together with a flat roof covered with a bitumen membrane.
The subject site is located fronting on to the Boghill Road, approximately ½ mile from its junction with the Lylehill Road, approximately 4 miles from Templepatrick and 2 miles from Nutts Corner.
There is a small former service building on the site which is not accessible.
We have calculated the total area of the site from Spatial NI to be approximately 0.1 hectares (0.19 acres).
