Erne Marine is located in the village of Bellanaleck, only 5 miles south of Enniskillen in the heart of the Fermanagh Lakelands and is c.1hr 30 mins from Belfast and c.2hrs from Dublin by car.

Description

Erne Marine is one of Northern Irelands longest established marinas (c. 1967) and has been operated by the current owner since 1992.



Occupying an ideally placed sheltered location at Bellanaleck quay, it comprises c. 98 berths ranging from 27' to 40+' which are hired out on an annual licence basis and can accommodate a wide range of craft, whilst there is also capacity for a further 10 smaller boat berths on the shoreline.



The marina further benefits from its own private secure carpark extending to approximately 0.30 acres (0.12ha) which provides c.29 parking spaces as well as a single storey timber clad building of approximately 350 sq.ft. which houses the marina office, workshop and WC/shower facilities.



There is also a landscaped area extending to approximately 0.19 acres (0.08ha) which runs adjacent to the shoreline jetty/path that may offer scope for further development, subject to any necessary consents/approvals.



The current owner has improved the marinas facilities which include:

- Premium 'Walcon' floating pontoon (completed in c.2001).
