The subject is located on the A26 Frosses Road one of the provinces key transport corridors linking Antrim Ballymena Ballymoney Coleraine and Limavady to Belfast. It is thought in excess of 20000 vehicles per day pass the subject site.Situated approximately 7.5 miles north of Ballymena and approximately 20 miles south of Coleraine the subject site is directly accessed from the recently upgraded A26 Frosses Road dual carriageway. The site is accessed via newly created slip roads which were added as part of the A26 upgrade works.
