Ballinacarra, Kilfenora

23.3 hectares (approximately) of agricultural land on both sides of a quiet country road. Located 5km's south east of Kilfenora village in the townland of Ballinacarra. The lands are of varying quality with the northern section being a mix of grazing and meadowing comprising approximately 7 hectares. Lands on the southern side include some rough grazing and a large amount of bog. Permission to plant this was previously given but has now lapsed.
