This south facing cottage overlooks nearby Lough Adeery and further towards Donegal Bay and the mountains of County Sligo. Set is a very scenic location at the foot of Balbane Mountain, a minor public road passing in front of the cottage creates good access. Killybegs town with a developing reputation as a 'foodie' destination is approx. 6km with Ardara heritage town approx. 8km. A modern slate roof was installed in recent years however the cottage does require substantial repair. Just 1 room deep accommodations comprises of a centrally situated Sitting Room/Kitchen with a Bedroom opening off it on either side. A stone outbuilding behind the house offers additional potential.
