Capstone Homes (NI) LTD was established by Matthew Kennedy MCIOB & Tracey Kennedy to create homes of distinction in the residential property sector. The agency is based in Hillsborough. Matthew & Tracey have a combined experience of over 25 and a long family history in the architecture, construction and development sectors. Having worked for many years in a family development & construction business, Matthew specialises in taking development sites small and large from concept to completion. Matthew has also constructed some large low energy one-off houses and has a wide knowledge of low energy & Passive House design & construction. Having worked in a construction business previously, Tracey brings her expertise in administration and accounting.
