    Full Planning Permission was granted in August 2008 and gave approval for the following;

    ‘Housing scheme to include 23 no dwellings in total -15 no detached dwellings, 8 number elms type dwellings to front of site

    and including the demolition of existing dwelling at No 45 Bryansford. (amended description)’, under planning application reference R/2005/1097/F.

    This planning permission expired in July 2013. We are not aware if the works undertaken preserved this planning permission.
