First months rent in advance
The first month of rent is paid in advance along with your deposit, or upon moving into the premises (before you acquire the keys). Rent is always paid one month in advance, i.e. rent paid on 1st of January will cover from 1st January – 31st January.

Deposit
A security deposit to the value of one month's rental will normally be required.
