1. The purchaser shall within 3 months after completion of the sale submit to Donegal County Council a proposed layout for the roads network, being cogniscent of the further development of adjoining Council lands and all adjoining lands. If the layout is approved the roads must be constructed to a specification to be agreed with the Roads Authority, Donegal County Council, within 6 months from the date of approval and will then be in the charge of Donegal County Council.

REASON: To facilitate for the development of adjoining lands

2. The purchaser shall pay a 5% deposit upon signing of contracts and the balance purchase monies to be paid upon completion of the sale which will be no later than 8 weeks from signing of contracts.
