Grace was the famous 16th century clan chieftain and pirate queen. The island has a community centre (with bar), hotel, shop/P.O, guest houses and numerous sandy beaches scattered throughout the island. Clare Island is a walker's paradise with a choice of tracks where the sea is rarely out of sight.

Location of Property

Travelling from Westport go straight through Louisburgh Town and continue on for approximately 0.5 km and turn right and continue on to Roonagh Pier. From Roonagh take the Clare Island Ferry Company's Pirate Queen or Clew Bay Queen, journey time to Clare Island is 15-20 minutes.
