- Pavements finished with antislip surface.

- Partition walls of ceramic airbricks of 7cm thickness, forming the air chamber.

- Thermic insulation with polyesthyron 'Wallmate' brand Douw Chemical of 4cm density.

- Banisters of artificial stone with sill.

- Decorative, open fire place in Mediterranean style.
