The family owned business, Wilsons Auctions, was formed in 1936 by William J Wilson. Now directed by his son Ian Wilson the company has grown to become the largest independent Auction Company in the british Isles with sites in the North and South of Ireland, England, Scotland and Wales.

William J Wilson laid the foundations for what is now known as Wilsons Auctions in 1936. Since then, the family business has flourished and grown.
