Featured on this division is an out house, which is a traditional type stable, but is in need of repair. The lands are generally good grazing/meadow quality with the exception of an area of winterage at the very rear of the division.

The front section of this parcel would, subject to planning permission, lend itself to a development of a singular or possibly two attractive residential sites, with mature trees along the roadside boundary.

Division 2:
Located just a few hundred metres east of the first division, comprises in or about 16.50 acres, in two parcels having direct frontage to the Dublin Road, and also to a farm laneway off the main road.

This comprises just under 10 acres, having over 100 metres frontage to the main road and a return frontage of a further 360 metres approx. This division also includes an additional circa 6.5 further acres of grazing land, slightly rougher in quality and somewhat neglected. However, based on adjoining holdings, we feel this could be improved greatly, but even at present, it offers very good winterage, and summer grazing.
