How do I search for property

You can search for property in two ways:

1. The Quick Search

The quick search box is located at the left hand side of all Propertynews.com pages:

You can search for property using a number of criteria for example:

• Using the radio buttons select sale or rent
• Keywords e.g. University or Belfast
• Property Price e.g. > £100k or < £200k
• Number of rooms e.g. 3bed or 2rcpt
• or a combination of all of the above!

Please note:

• Entering a keyword or area will return all properties that contain the keyword or area in its address line and brochure description.
• Searching by price will return properties that are 10% above or below the specified price.
• Options to narrow your search will appear on the left hand side of the search results page.

2. The Main Search Facility

You can also search for properties using the search icons that feature on the homepage and also on the top navigation bar:

These search facilities will allow for more detailed searches by County with a pre-populated town list and even a sub list detailing town lands and wards, you can also search by number of bedrooms, price, by estate agent etc. – permitting comprehensive property searches.
