How do I search for a new build?

www.propertynews.com has a designated section for new builds. Click on the new homes search icon:

This will bring you through to the commercial search page. Use the drop down lists to select the area required.

Please note:

• We only add to the drop down lists when we have a development listed in the area on the site
• Currently it is not possible to only be notified when a new development is added to the site as all properties within your search criteria will be emailed to you. This of course will include new development house types which will allow you to click the ‘back to development’ button to have an overview of the whole development.
