Alan Newell

Alan, the principal of the business is a former Honorary Secretary of The Incorporated Society of Valuers & Auctioneers (Northern Ireland) Branch a post which he held for many years before its merger with The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in the late 1990's.

Having previously trained with Alexander Kinnaird & Son, Alan opened his office in Carryduff, South Belfast in 1986 initially as a franchise but reverting to his own name in 1992. Well established in the area, Alan has now some 39 years of experience within his chosen profession, an experience which he can now offer you, sharing the wealth of knowledge which he has obtained.

Carryduff is a strategic position within an expanding suburb of the City where the A7 and A24 trunk roads merge leading to Saintfield or Downpatrick and Ballynahinch or Newcastle respectively. Local areas such as Cairnshill, Knockbracken, Mealough, Drumbo, Moneyreagh, Monlough, Carr, Boardmills and Temple are all easily accessible.
