At Shanks and Company, our letting service provides an initial rental appraisal, once we have found a suitable tenant we will obtain references and draw up a legally binding agreement, also collecting the deposit for the first months rent.
We offer an in house mortgage advice service to assist anyone who is either purchasing for the first time, moving to a different area, buy to let investors or someone who wants to review their existing mortgage arrangements. There is no additional cost for using this service.
