McConnell Chartered Surveyors has its origins as one of the oldest Estate Agency practices in Belfast; the original firm of Ephraim Brown & Son opened in Donegall Street in 1854, and successor and constituent firms have continued to provide quality service without a break to the present day.
The current directors between them have over 100 years of professional experience in the property markey including areas such as commercial agency, property management, valuation, rent collection and professional advisory work. They are backed up by a dedicated team of associates, surveyors and administrative staff, and through Property Agents International (PAI), have access to a network of a number of local specialists in all parts of the British Isles.
The company is owned by the directors, providing the independence to be flexible, and to make the forward-thinking decisions that enable the provision of our continuing quality service.
