History
In 1884 Henry Boyd Dunn & Co commenced business as ?House, Land and Insurance Agents? in Rea?s Building Royal Avenue and hence the roots of Douglas Huston were established. The business to-day benefits from extensive experience in both urban and rural property practice with an innovative approach, that?s why we been able to provide the very best advice for so long. Douglas N. Huston commenced business at a young age as an estate agent, surveyor and valuer in 1939 having trained with a firm in the city. He practised from offices in Donegall Square South and subsequently moved to Shaftesbury square in 1945. He had by then acquired the practice of Henry B Dunn & Co in 1939. In 1967 his nephew Douglas joined the practice and became a partner in 1975. Subsequently in 1995 the practice moved to Stranmillis Road and recently to 4 Malone Road. In 2004 the third generation of the family Gareth joined the practice. In addition key members of the property team dealing with sales, lettings & management have cumulative experience of 80 years with us.

Reaching this landmark is a real achievement for any organisation. Our success is a result of managing change effectively, by blending established property practice with an innovative approach and caring about our clients and relationships.
