The subject lands are situated only 32 miles east from Derry / Londonderry, which is the second largest city in Northern Ireland and the fifth largest city on the island of Ireland. The city is situated at the mouth of Lough Foyle and is adjacent to the border with County Donegal in the Republic of Ireland. The subject lands benefit from an abundance of nearby retail amenities.
