This survey analyses the performance of the Northern Ireland housing market during the period April to June 2008. The report is concerned with trends and spatial patterns in the housing market drawing comparisons with the second quarter of 2007, as a measure of annual change, and with the first quarter of 2008 as an indicator of short-term, quarterly change. The report also includes statistics for the first half of 2008. The price statistics are based on a sample of 1044 open market transactions during the second quarter of 2008.
