Double Success for Estate Agency Boss

Kelly McAllister, Managing Director, Lough & Quay Estate Agents has been honoured for her business acumen by winning two of Northern Ireland’s highly renowned Business Awards including: UTV Business Eye ‘Young Business Person of the Year 2012’ and Women in Business ‘Best Young Business Women of the Year 2012’.

These accolades are a glowing reflection of Kelly’s business astuteness, management skills and determination for success in the Northern Ireland property industry. At only 28 Kelly has a proven track record resulting in numerous business accomplishments. This coupled with her drive and determination to deliver in her chosen field has been crucial to her success.

Kelly is very passionate about the business and in particular, about professional standards and customer service. Having a very active role within the day-to-day operation of Lough & Quay Kelly deals with all aspects of the business including: both Residential Sales and Lettings, business management, business development and accounts.

The property market has been difficult since I launched the business in 2008, but against all odds Lough & Quays’ place in the market has seen significant growth each year and now that the industry is starting to see signs of improvement business is prosperous” says Kelly.
