Property Description

The owners perspective: "We'll be sorry to leave 33 Ballyholme Road after some 14 years. It's close to the centre of Town and schools yet so private, we mostly look out onto greenery and trees, so it's like living in the country! We were looking for a roomy old house with character where the refurbishment had already been done, this fitted the bill exactly. It has been a wonderful base, as a family home and several businesses, with plenty of proper office space. The previous owner worked for a top quality tile company so the bathrooms are superb as is the living kitchen. We had a caravan and there's plenty of space for parking that and a boat also."
