We will be pleased to advise you of site availability. Initially, a 24 hour hold can be given by the negotiator for your selected site. Within 24hours we must ask you to lodge with us a site reservation fee of £1000 which will be payable to the estate agent (£500 of which is nonrefundable).This will hold the site for 8 weeks. Upon signing a contract a deposit of 10% will be payable. If after 8 weeks the contract remains unsigned the builder may make the site available. The development includes landscaped areas as required under "The Planning Quality Initiative” scheme. A management company has been appointed to maintain those areas and a charge will be levied to each purchaser to cover the cost of the maintenance of these areas.
